Return and Exchange Policy

  1. Conditions for Returns and Exchanges:

Situations Not Eligible for Returns or Exchanges:

  • Products that have been used or damaged by the customer.

  • Products with damaged packaging or missing accessories.

Return/Exchange Process:

  • Contact customer service with your order number and reason for return/exchange.

  • Once approved, customer service will provide the return address and instructions.

  • After inspection and confirmation of the returned product, a refund or exchange will be processed within 3-5 business days.

Refund Details:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times depend on the bank or payment platform.

  • Shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the return/exchange is due to product quality issues.
